Product Description
Our Calcium Aluminate (refining slag) is manufactured using high-grade raw materials through sintering or electric arc melting. The product features fast slag formation, effective arc coverage, strong slagging ability, powerful desulfurization and deoxidation performance, and excellent absorption of non-metallic inclusions.
The product is primarily composed of 12CaO·7Al₂O₃ (C12A7) mineral phase, with content greater than 85%. Its high calcium component reacts efficiently with oxygen and sulfur in molten steel to form low-melting compounds that float easily, achieving superior steel purification.
