Calcined Bauxite is produced by sintering high-quality bauxite ore at temperatures of 1650–1800°C, resulting in a high-alumina, low-impurity refractory material. It features excellent thermal stability, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
It is widely used in refractory bricks, castables, ceramic kilns, steelmaking furnaces, foundries, abrasives, and high-friction surface coatings (such as road skid-resistant surfaces).
