Our company produces a full range of ceramic hollow balls, including alumina hollow balls, stabilized zirconia hollow balls, and related products. Alumina hollow ball is a high-temperature, energy-saving lightweight refractory material with outstanding thermal stability under oxidizing or reducing atmospheres.
It is especially suitable for high-temperature furnaces operating at 1600°C–2400°C.
Alumina hollow balls can be used as high-temperature and ultra-high-temperature insulation fillers, lightweight aggregates for refractory castables, and refractory concretes. They are also used in high-temperature energy-saving furnaces, such as inverted flame furnaces, nuclear reactors, molybdenum wire furnaces, tungsten rod furnaces, induction furnaces, and nitrogen furnaces.
Energy savings can exceed 40%, making it an excellent energy-efficient refractory material
