Cement & Bauxite Series

CA-70 Pure Calcium Aluminate Cement

Product Description

Pure Calcium Aluminate Cements CA-70, also called as Pure Calcium Aluminate Cements before, are produced by calcining industrial aluminium oxide and fine limestone under strict mineralogical control in rotary kilns into clinker, cooling and then grinding in ball mills.

The excellent rheological properties make Aluminate Cement CA-70 suitable to formulate the top grade and high-temperature-resistant low cement and ultra low cement castables. It is an absolutely necessarily excellent hydraulic binder used in refractory materials for high temperature equipments in the area of Metallurgy, Chemistry, Building material and Fire-electricity Applications.

The aluminate cement CA-70 contains approximately 70% of Al₂O₃.

Main Applications

  • Metallurgy: High temperature equipment refractory linings
  • Chemistry: Chemical reactor and vessel linings
  • Building Material: Kiln and furnace construction
  • Fire-electricity: Power plant boiler and incinerator applications
  • Low Cement Castables (LCC) formulation
  • Ultra Low Cement Castables (ULCC) formulation
